Greetings Mothers,
Again, I say thank you for your vote of confidence by affording me the opportunity to serve as your Southeastern Regional Secretary-Treasurer. It is with much honor that I accept this position and hope to do all that I can to benefit each of you, especially those of you who serve as financial officers.
Because this wonderful organization has provided my children and me with many amazing, memorable experiences and friendships, I believe that in order for me to give back to this unique organization, I must serve.
It is with great anticipation that I look forward to being a resource to you and that you find my assistance to be explicable and meticulous. Please feel free to be in touch with me throughout your term as a financial officer with any questions or concerns regarding the financial matters of your chapter.
As I close, I would like to reinforce this pivotal thought, one that I try to incorporate daily, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” So mothers, let us know what our roles and responsibilities are as financial officers and as we learn those roles and responsibilities, let us also understand their importance by adhering to procedures, processes and deadlines.
