Dear Mothers of Jack and Jill,

I truly love Fall!  I thinks it is the BEST season. I love sweaters, and turning on the fireplace and yes I LOVE that Fall signals the beginning of our Jack and Jill programming year.

I hope you are all having a BALL this programming year.  I also hope that you are starting to think about your new member intake for the spring. That begins with Fall planning. If you are planning to bring in new members please think about:

1. Projections of the number of children that will be in each age group over the next 5 years.

2. Skill sets that will be graduating out of chapter in the next couple of years.

3. Starting a new chapter in your area if you are at your cap and have a number of GREAT families who desire membership in Jack and Jill (The NEB has voted on 8 new groups that you will vote on as provisional chapters in Miami. We are excited about working with these potential new chapters).

It is my hope  that you are enjoying your fall clusters and learning a lot about your role as a member and as a sponsor of new members. Please ask questions and share your best practices. Don't forget to network and meet new people at your clusters.

Enjoy FALL and enjoy this programming year.  Ensure that your children have a FABULOUS Jack and Jill experience this year!

In HIS service for OUR children,

Gail
