Members Only - Private Portal

The Members Only Section of the Jack and Jill of America website contains an abundance of information including letters from your National Officers; Regional pages; Forms, Documents and Publications and much more!  To access the Members Only Section or "Private Portal," simply select the Member Login tab at the upper right hand corner of this page.  You will need your membership identification number (without dashes) to access the site. The generic password is jackandjill.  If you do not know your membership ID number, please contact your chapter administrator.

Troubleshooting to Access Private Portal

If your name does not show up in the upper right hand corner of the Home page of the website after entering your User Name and Password, your security settings on your computer may be too high and you will need to adjust your settings to “allow cookies” from our site. To allow cookies, select “Tools” from your web-browser menu, then select “Internet Options.” Select the “Privacy” tab from the menu. Reduce the “cookies” to the lowest setting and then select “Apply.” Start the login process again. Please note, if you are trying to access the private portal from your work computer, you may not be able to reduce the security settings.
